Excellent quality bits, solid service

I placed an order for several packs of resin conversion bits, including some knight upgrades and custom bases. The ordering process was straightforward on their website. It took about three days for the order to ship out, and then another four days to reach me in California, which felt reasonable for custom resin. Packaging was good, everything arrived safely without any breaks or missing pieces. The resin quality itself is high, with minimal mold lines to clean up, which made prep much easier. I had a quick question about fitting one of the dreadnought bits, and their customer service responded within a day with helpful advice. The only minor thing was that one of the custom bases had a slightly rougher edge than the others, but nothing a quick file couldn't fix. Overall, very satisfied with the purchase and the support I received.

Awesome bits, perfect for my army!

I got the custom bolters and some grim dark helmets and they are just incredible! They instantly transformed my squad. Seriously, the detail is fantastic and they feel super durable. I'm already planning my next order for more conversion kits. You absolutely have to check them out if you're into wargaming!

Good value on conversion parts

I was looking for some specific grim dark bits and found this store. I grabbed a few packs of plasma weapons during a sale, which helped keep the cost down. Shipping took about a week to get to my place, which was okay. The quality for the price felt really solid, and they integrated well with my existing models. A solid purchase if you catch a good deal.

Detailed review of my order

I recently placed an order for several items: a set of custom torsos, a knight upgrade kit, and some scenic bases. The ordering process on the website was straightforward, and I received an email confirmation almost immediately. Shipping was estimated at 5-7 business days, but my package arrived on day 6, which was acceptable. Everything was well-packaged in a small cardboard box with bubble wrap, preventing any damage to the delicate resin pieces. The quality of the resin itself is excellent; very few mold lines to clean, and the details are sharp, especially on the knight bits. I was able to easily integrate the torsos with my existing models. The scenic bases really elevated the look of my characters. I haven't needed customer support, so I can't comment on that, but based on the product quality and delivery, I'd say it's a solid choice for conversion parts.

Good quality, minor shipping hiccup

I ordered some custom shoulder pads and a few plasma weapons for my Space Marines. The quality of the resin bits was really good, very crisp details and minimal mold lines. They fit perfectly on my miniatures. Shipping took about 8 days to get to me in Oregon, which felt a little long. Overall, I'm happy with the parts but hoped for quicker delivery.

Good bits, slow shipping

I ordered some custom 40k bits and a few sets of shoulder pads. The quality of the resin bits was really good, crisp detail, no major mold lines to clean. However, shipping took a full 9 days to get to me, which felt a bit long for a domestic order. Customer service was responsive when I inquired, though.

Solid parts, some minor issues

I picked up some custom torsos and a few power swords. The detail on the parts was generally very good and they looked great once primed. Shipping was pretty standard, arrived within a week. I had one power sword that was a bit warped, but it was easily fixed with some hot water. The prices felt fair for the quality, especially for unique items. I would order from them again, but I'll probably double-check for any slight imperfections on arrival next time.

Awesome Shoulder Pads!

I ordered a bunch of the custom shoulder pads for my Space Marines and they are amazing! The detail is so crisp, even better than I expected. They fit perfectly on the models too. I can't wait to paint them up. Definitely shopping here again!
